Finding The Perfect Basic Items

I have written about outstanding, bold clothes a lot however I do not often talk about the (probably) most important part of a wardrobe: the basics. Without the perfect, comfortable, high quality basic items you can’t really put together a cool statement look. When choosing the perfect basic items you have to pay attention to a lot of things. Will it suit most of my clothes? Does it have a good material? Is it comfortable? And not just these obvious questions. It’s also important for example, that if you start sweating would it be visible on the clothes (it can…

My Favorite Fashion Shows At Mercedes Benz …

At the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Central Europe I’ve attended a lot of fashion shows. Some of them were absolutely amazing and inspiring and some of them were not so statement but this time I’d like to highlight the best moments. I think we can all feel very proud that we have such great designers in this little country who work very hard to build their brands. In case you’re interested in this stunning piece of clothing you can contact Simi at szokesk@icloud.com! What I like about Simi’s designs is that they are not those typical feminine and fancy items, they…

Anna Daubner Showroom

Yesterday I went to see the Anna Daubner capsule collection. She shares a showroom with Anna Amélie (she’s also a great designer, I think I’m going to write about her too, in the future). The atmosphere was amazing and inspiring, and the clothes were fantastic. Anna studied at MOME and she spent 3 years in London (working at big fashion companies such as Miu Miu and Maison Martin Margiela), now she is back in Hungary and she has just launched her clothing brand, Anna Daubner. Her designs are all really sophisticated with clear cuts, and interesting materials. The collection’s main…
