Winter Sun

Have you seen the latest pictures of the Haute Couture Fashion Week in Paris? I am beyond amazed how gorgeous the newest collections are. I have checked out the photos of Elie Saab, Dior, Chanel, Giambattista Valli, Margiela and many more fashion houses and I just loved all of them. Actually I am a huge fan of haute couture, I find it way more fascinating than the ready-to-wear clothes. I will probably write a bit more of these collections in a further article, would you be interested in reading something like that? Anyway, in today’s outfit post I’d like to show you what…

What To Wear This Season? | A/W 2015…

I’ve spent the past few days with editing this article in which I show you what this season’s biggest trends are. I took inspiration from the runway, from the biggest fashion designers’ work and collected similar (and affordable) pieces from webshops and fast fashion stores. You can find every link to the products below every picture! *** Néhány nap szerkesztgetés után végre kész a cikkem, melyben bemutatok nektek néhány aktuális őszi/téli trendet. Az inspirációt a kifutókról, a legnagyobb tervezők munkáiból merítettem, hisz ők sosem tévednek. Összegyűjtöttem néhány hasonló (és megfizethető) darabot különböző webshopok-ból és fast fashion boltokból. Ezekhez a linket…

A New Chapter…

Welcome everyone on the brand new iEmma site! I really hope you like this design, this is what we’ve been working on lately. I would like to say a huge thank you to Anna who created the logo and the header from my painting. I feel like this is a new chapter in my almost-5-year-old blog’s life. :) Oh yes, it’s almost been 5 years since I’d started blogging! Unbelieveable. For today’s outfit post I thought I should wear something self-sewn, after all this is a pretty special occasion. I picked this pink midi skirt from my collection, it’s one…

Self-Designed Outfit At The TGFW

For the Toni&Guy Fashion Week Budapest I have sewn an outfit for myself. I thought it would be cool to wear something self-designed on such a big fashion event like this. :) The skirt was made from a strong pink colored material which is like a raincoat material, or – in some light – it’s like fake leather. The black sweater is a simple long sleeved piece but I applied a grey pleated hem on it. What I like about this outfit is that it’s so comfortable yet chic and elegant! It was appropriate for the fashion week but it…

Tea Length

Tea length skirts are not as popular as mini skirts, yet they can be chic too! Well, if your goal is to show more skin then go for the mini. It might be a boring twist (if you’ve read my latest posts) but this skirt is also from mom’s old wardrobe… I know, I keep showing you outfits which contain my mother’s clothes that she had worn in the 80’s-90’s, but they are so cool! For example this striped tea length skirt is so pretty. It’s actually a dress but I got on a printed sweater over it. I combined…

The Chambre Of Treasures

I’m still exploring my mother’s wardrobe which is actually not that huge but there are so many treasures in it! I’ve found this denim midi skirt there too, it’s such a cool piece. Denim skirts used to be one of my favorite clothing items when I was younger but then it became totally forgotten. Thanks to American Apparel these pieces became popular again. I combined this skirt with a pale pink long sleeve top and I got on a knitted sweater over it (which is actually also my mother’s). To give some feminin yet edgy style to the outfit I…

Out Of The Woods

How to wear a gorgeous flower printed summer skirt in autumn? Well, what about a knitted sweater? I know, it sounds weird and if you take a look at my outfit you won’t think that: ‘oh well, I should go to school like that tomorrow’. This look is more like just an inspiration. I mean, look at it, I was wearing sandals. Without any socks or tights. It was quite cold. This blog is like a Vagabond advertising even though I have only two pairs of Vagabond shoes but I wear them a lot and I keep admiring them. During…

Crystalline

I’ve posted a photo of this rhinestone necklace on my Instagram (by the way I just reached 1800 followers the other day, I’m so glad, thank you guys!), and I as I’ve noticed you liked it pretty much! Well, I like it too, just as much as the ring which is from the same package that I got from Zenzero. I’m in love with the little jewellery pack that they’ve sent me. :) In my latest post I’ve talked about knitted sweaters but don’t forget about all the other type of sweaters too. This striped piece with baggy sleeves is…

Cinderella In Socks

What could be more princess-like than a pleated, flower printed midi skirt?! This is such a gorgeous item, I’m in love! I paired it with a black crop top to counterweight the girliness of the skirt and I got on the most killer combo: socks with sandals. Yeah, I know, many people think they are ugly but it can be worn in a fashionable way and this has already been proved by so many celebrities and bloggers. I adore cute dotted socks with jelly sandals or for example with my Vagabond shoes. Tomorrow will be an exciting day, I’m going…

TONI&GUY Fashion Week Budapest

On Saturday I attended the Toni&Guy Fashion Week Budapest at Palazzo Dorottya. There were six Hunagrian designer’s collections on the runway but I only saw three of the shows (because in the morning I was at the aerobic championship). It was an amazing experience for me, I think this was the best fashion show that I have ever been to! We had so much fun with Veve, the atmosphere was great there. In these events not just the collections inspire me from the runway, but all the guests are so stylish, I love their dressing. *** Szombaton került megrendezésre a…
