Amsterdam + Life Update

Some of you may have recognised the lack of posts lately – I know, it’s not okay to disappear for weeks but I really had to. One of the reasons why I decided to quit for a while was an unexpected and heart breaking tragedy in my family which happened in mid-January. After the incident I wrote two blogposts but it was not easy and it didn’t feel right. It hurts a lot that this blog’s number one follower won’t be able to read my blogposts anymore and I had lost my motivation for this period of time. I did not…

MACBA & Barcelona Beach

First of all, Happy December! I am beyond excited for all the good things coming up this month, on Saturday I’ll have my prom and then Christmas and New Year’s Eve… Also there are several new projects I’m currently working on and I can’t wait to talk about them here on the blog. These photos were taken exactly one month ago in Barcelona when we visited the MACBA (a contemporary art museum) and then we headed to the beach. I remember how sunny it was, there were thousands of people on the beach, some of them even took a swim…

Fundació Joan Miró

Joan Miró is one of my all-time favorite artists so I was very excited to visit the Fundació Joan Miró in Barcelona. It was probably the best memory I have from Barcelona because it was very inspiring and interesting to see his works in real life and to read about his life. The building looked very cool and modern and there were so many Miró paintings, drawings and installations that it took me about 2 or 3 hours to go through the entire museum.  I was wearing my Frida T-shirt from PSTR Store, a pair of culotte pants, New Balance sneakers…

Birthday Trip To Barcelona

I can definitely declare that Barcelona is one of the best cities to visit on Earth. This was my second time there and even though it was only a four-day trip I fell in love with the city again. I think it’s kind of the mix of New York, Paris and Rome. It has the cosmopolitan vibe of NYC (where I have never been to, haha, I only have an illusion in my head because of all the things I’ve seen in the movies about NY), the old and beautiful buildings of Paris and the sunny weather of Rome. For my 18th…

Baška

August has been a very hectic month for me. After the Sziget festival we had a little weekend getaway with my family. We drove to a wonderful place called Baška in Croatia, it’s on the Krk Island and we stayed there for four days. It was relaxing after the festival madness and even though I was a bit sick I still had a very nice time. If I have to highlight the best part of this holiday I would probably say the food. We had dinner at a restaurant on the last day and I ate pasta (what else, lol) with…

Santa Maria Navarrese

It’s been one and a half week since I got back from my holiday in Sardinia and I keep posting photos of it on Instagram and dream about the two weeks we had spent there. It was such a wonderful trip, I love the island a lot! On the first week we were in Alghero and on the second week we moved to Santa Maria Navarrese – a small village on the east side of Sardinia. It was a lovely stay, the village was full of flowers, great seafood and smiling people so what else can you ask for?! (even the…

Bracciano

In July I spent two weeks in Italy with my family: we explored Bracciano and Sardinia. This was our third time in Sardinia, it’s the most beautiful place we’ve ever been so we just love it. I will probably do a Sardinia Travel Guide for you because I feel like everyone should know about all the perks of travelling to Sardinia, and I also have a couple of tips on where to go, where and what to eat, etc… However in this post I’ll show you some pictures of the three days we had spent in Bracciano. We hadn’t been there…

The Highlights Of 2015

Today at lunch mom asked me what the three highlights of this year were and I seriously had to think a lot about the answer. It’s SO hard to choose because 2015 was such an amazing year, probably the best one I’ve ever had. It was full of happy and fun moments, fashion events, parties, festivals, trips, etc, and literally all my days were busy. It was a year full of success and good memories though there were a couple of sad parts too. I’ve made a lot of new friends, I got to know new things and it’s awesome. I attended many courses…

Scotland Photo Diary

Yesterday morning I arrived home from the school trip, it was so awesome! Although the bus ride was really long we had fun anyway. We stopped in Amsterdam, spent there one day, then we took the ferry to Newcastle and went to Scotland. Then on the way home we had a few hours in Utrecht too, I loved that city! However in this post I’m only going to share you some photos of Scotland because otherwise it would be too many pictures in one post. :) So in Scotland we stayed at families’ which was cool, the family where we were placed with…

Throwback To Grado | Goodbye Summer!

Today was the first day of school and the first day of autumn. I am not happy about it at all however this summer was the best summer of my life which makes the back to school season a bit less painful. By the way I’ll do some back-to-school posts (if it’s not too late) but first I would like to show you some more photos from Grado. This is my ‘Little White Dress’, I think it’s a gorgeous piece and it looks nice with sunkissed tan. I wore it with sandals and a small bag so nothing extra but…

Running On The Beach

Running has never been my favorite way of excersise, I’m just really bad at it. However it’s so good for the body that sometimes I force myself to go running. I always need something to inspire and motivate me and during our vacation in Grado I realized it would be pretty cool to run on the beach – so I did! Also, I know it sounds ridiculous but nice sportswear can be motivating too, at least it works for me. I bought this sports bra at Primark in London, it was sooo cheap compared to the Victoria’s Secret ones. Of course…
